EMI MARINE IS NOW ENGLISH MOTORS INC SAME OWNER SAME SCAMMER SAME THIEF. FILED BK CHAPTER 7 ON JULY 9TH ON THE NAME EMI MARINE AND IS USING OLD NAME OF ENGLISH MOTORS INC AND DOING EXCACT SAME BUSINESS EMI MARINE TRANSPORT FOR BOATS AND TRAILERS, HE OFTEN CAPTAINS BOATS,BOAT SERVICE AND REPAIR AND SELLING TRAILERS STILL FOR VENTURE TRAILERS AFTER I HAVE INVOLVED THEM IN THE COMPLAINTS THAT I HAVE FOUND AND ALERTED THEM TO HIS UNETHICAL BUSINESS DEALINGS WITH CUSTOMERS. VENTURE TRAILER CONDONES HIS BEHAURE AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE GENERAL PUBLIC AS LONG AS THEIR SELLING TRAILERS AND MAKING $. WHY WOULD YOU WANT DAVID S****** selling for you and taking advantage of the general public at your benefit. DAVE IS LESS THAN HONEST PERSON. TOOK FUNDS FROM ME ON 7/30/2015 AFTER FILING BK UNDER EMI MARINE WHEN THE COMPANY WAS DISOLVED.HE WAS NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO WRITE A CONTRACT OR TAKE A ORDER IN THE NAME OF EMI MARINE DUE TO HIS FILING ON THE 9TH OF JULY. NOTHING HAS CHANGED SAME SCAMMER THIEF JUST DIFDERENT INFO AND BUSINESS NAME DUE TO ALL HIS GAMES CATCHING UP TO HIM. STOLE 4800.00 FROM ME NO TRAILER WILL NOT TAKE PHONE CALLS OR REFUND MY 4800.00. ALL BOATER PLEASE BE AWEAR.ALSO THE VENTURE FACTORY IS NO BETTER AND KEEPS HIM EMPLOYED RATHER THAN CUTTING TIES FOR HIS FRAUD. REALLY SAD. WARNING

David Schmidt of EMI Marine and now in bus with the name of English Motors is a complete scammer fraud and out right thief. Bought trailer from him sent wrong trailer to AZ. EMI stated he would fix it took additional monies Jul30th2015 after he filed bankruptcy on July9th2015. Kept my 4800 never sent me the correct trailer. The first trailer he sent is grossly under weight to carry my boat and the 1st boat trailer was purchased with second axel brakes that weren't on trailer so this trailer cant even be used in the state of AZ without second axel brakes. He is a out right fraud and lies about actual shipping costs of products. Told me it was a 3 week turn around 1st trailer took 3 months second trailer he ordered and keep my funds of 4800.00 and to this day of Feb 2016 has never refunded me or delivered the trailer. He also does boat transport EMI boat transportation and delivery filled bk on 7/9/2015 for EMI Marine and is still selling on that name the Department of Justice and I Just discovered also wrote his new contract to me on a company that doesn't exist any longer due to his chapter 7 filing . Complete piece of trash untrustworthy uses false bus tactics and ploys and is a outright scammer and fraud. DO NOT USE EMI MARINE/ ENGLISH MOTORS and his Boat and trailer transportation company. I hope he gets everything he's got coming to him for all the fraud and innocent peoples live he's interrupted and destroyed over his practices of his worthless self and scams. He also charters boats as a captain so BEWARE DONT USE PERIOD WARNING.

WARNING-WARNING-WARNING---DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON-CONTACT ME I'LL TELL YOU EVERYTHING---- THEY CRASHED MY BOAT CAUSING TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN DAMAGES---AND LIE ABOUT HAVING PROPER INSURANCE---NOW INGNORING ME --NOW IM GOING TO HAVE TO SUE HIM---EVEN THE BRAND NEW TRAILER ARRIVED DAMAGED--ALL THIS INFO IS PROVABLE---ON TOP OF THAT THEY JERKED ME AROUND FOR WEEKS ABOUT WHERE THE BOAT WAS AND WHEN I WAS GETTING IT, MADE ONE LIE AFTER ANOTHER AFTER ANOTHER, AND CALCULATED THE TIME AS TO DROP OFF IN A DOWNPOOR RAIN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NITE WHEN I WAS LEAVING THAT MORNING FOR MY HONEYMOON SO THEY THOUGHT I WOULDNT NOTICE---ALL TO DECEIVE ME-- THEY DRIVER SAID HE KNEW NOTHING--PLEASE SUPPORT A FELLOW BOATER AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON ,,THEY ARE VERY BAD PEOPLE WITH NO CONCIENCE- THERE ARE BETTER COMPANIES PLEASE I ASK YOU TO CONSIDER THIS ,ANYONE WHO HAS EVER GOTTEN SCREWED THIS BAD SHOULD BE SYMPATHETIC AND NOT USE OR SUPPORT EMI MARINE INC---CONTACT ME IF BEFOR YOU CONSDER THEM--I LOST A WHOLE FIRST YEAR WITH MY NEW BOAT-(now unusable) AND ALL MY PLANS DOWN THE TOILET--NOW I HAVE TO SUE HIM TO TRY TO GET SOME MONEY BACK---AND I PAID HIM IN FULL ----THEY ARE THE WORST
