I suspect the company is either out of business or just scamming people to make money as they fold. I purchased a subscription to Cruising World Magazine from KAS at the Ft Lauderdale Boat Show last fall. My credit card was charged on 4 NOV 2009. I have not received the magazine. Cruising World states that they have no record of any account for me and they have not received any payment from RAS for my subscription. I had no luck all day today in trying to call on the only phone number listed on their website. There is only a recording with no option to leave a message or hold for the next available agent. The only email address on the website was returned as undeliverable. {ts '2010-02-16 19:30:00'} 19:30:00 PST paid for 3yr. subscription to sportfishing mag. at annapolis boat show in oct.09 never recieved an issue. efforts to contact kas by phone,fax,e-mail failed, no response. {ts '2010-01-25 16:12:00'} 16:12:00 PST Hi I have subscribed and paid Powerboat Magazine for three years at New York Boat Show 30.12.2007 of you,but never got it.Please inform me how do you proceed with this issue.I have contacted also Powerboat Magazine,but they didn't know anything about the subscribtion.I have a receipt of the subscription. {ts '2008-05-19 00:42:00'} 00:42:00 PST Please don't purchase any subscriptions from KAS Associates. I purchased a subscription on Jan.20,2007 and have yet to receive it. When contacted they try to convince me that it will be shipping very soon. Have filed complaint with Attorney General.
