The first set shipped to us were not to our liking (the wires had been crimped too tightly, and were smashed flat). Charlie didn't hesitate to set things right. It took a few more tries, he told us, sending the rings back to Scotland to be re-made, but in the end we got exactly what we wanted. That was almost a year ago. The rings still look beautiful, though he's discontinued this style because they're just too hard to make. FANTASTIC quality and customer service.
