2 Star Rating

John Beery's organization is a three tier
organization. The person who answers the phone,
the ops manager, and John Beery’s daughter who has
taken over the business. Everything is good until
you find yourself in conflict with the third tier
and decide to take it up to the next level. This
is when you find yourself in a world of trouble.
The ops manager doesn’t even acknowledge your
concern and stands behind the tier three who
created the situation in the first place at any
cost. So you think ok I can go to the next level.
But now you’re in for even a bigger surprise. Your
email to the head of the organization will be met
in even harsher way and she will come down on you
with such force that your head starts spinning. It
is then that you realize you have one choice,
leave. Which is what I did but find myself
thinking, I have never been treated this way
before.
