Reviewer: Gerry Davidson 07-Nov-17Comment: I am a slip holder at North Point Marina in Winthrop Harbor IL. Since Westrec took over they have not been able to meet their own deadlines. They have taken away services as much as they have done some things. They just published 2018 rates and took away some old timer discounts. I have tried to call them to discuss this but they don't even return calls. My recommendation is go to Kenosha or Racine since Westrec does not seem to care about their customers. Their are 9 boaters and myself at North Point all getting ready to move to Racine.
