Comment: Dishonest people. Charged twice the quote over the phone. Ground out a repair that I had made (with their knowledge and permission), then made an unauthorized repair, which they charged twice the time the repair actually took. Billed me for more time than the rigger was actually there (I was there and took notes). Questioning the bill, I was threatened by Jim Leech, Ran (??), and Tom Anderson that they would hold my boat until I paid the bill in full. Steer clear of these people. They are a disgrace to the marine industry.

Comment: Terrible experience. Jim Leech, the yard manager, quoted way lower prices than what was actually invoiced, and they waited until the boat was on a trailer ready to go before sending the inflated invoice, probably to pressure us to pay the full amount to avoid the mover charging us extra for waiting. I do not recommend doing business with this disreputable establishment.
