Reviewer: s.a. fullam 29-Aug-05 Comment: My husband and I contracted with this company to ship our 38' sailboat from Maryland to Washington State. Our original (we thought) date for pick up was the end of April. Our boat did not actually get picked up until June. This delay cost us extra storage at our original boatyard and additional costs at the Washington end. The staff would not tell us that they were overloaded with work, but instead kept on saying that we were next or it's just a few days. They were also rude over the phone and finally would not even answer our calls. I would not receommend this company to anyone!!!! Initially they may look like the most econimical deal and may tell you that they can do the job in the time frame, but our experience is that they cannot and do not. Not recommended at all!!!!!
