Reviewer: Sandy Lathem 14-Sep-10Comment: Your crew went out of their way as always and sat through "bumper to bumper traffic" for hours to secure our vessel during a scare of the pending Earl. Thank goodness you didn't get into an accident that day, for some "people(P.S.)" have no compassion or care in the world what happens to others. There are plenty of fish in the sea and I am so glad we have some awesome Mermaids to rescue us from all the bottom feeders.

We needed a deep cleaning, compounding, and wax job on our Catalina last month and after the job was completed we had an offer 3 days later for our asking price. They sailed off this week and are so impressed with the job Sudsy Mermaids did they will be using their services from now on. When we purchase our larger vessel here soon they will be the only team caring for it. We recommend Sudsy Mermaids 100% and if you have any questions on this company's integrity please ask. Good luck for the rest of the season Mermaids we wish you all the best. Gennica please rest this winter it's going to be another chiller. D&T Haws

Reviewer: Pam Spaugy 14-Aug-10Comment: Would not recommend to anyone! Does not show up as scheduled, does not follow-through and this a direct reflection of work ethic, or lack thereof in this case. I had five boats that needed to be cleaned and could not get her to come out and do one of them as scheduled. I have since found someone else who comes highly recommended. This is no way to treat a potential customer - shame on you!

My Grady was in bad shape due to my neglect and was just plain disgusting and when I saw what they did to my boat I was in shock. The price they gave me was unbelievable also, I was quoted by other Boat Detailer's (E&S, First Class, Bottoms Up Boat Care, Coastal Fiberglass to name a few) and she beat the price by a huge margin. Gennica also recommended Island Marine owner Shawn Flanagan to do my canvas work and his price is great as well. I recommend Gennica and Brandon and the many boat services they provide. I look forward to keeping my boat in her care because I know the quality of work I'm getting and having a trust worthy person is just hard to come by these days.

As some of you may know My accident really set our family back. The effort my wife Gennica and oldest son Brandon have put into this business in our time of crisis has been phenomenal. I hope all of you out there reading this are as fortunate as I have been to have a wife and son that are as devoted as mine. I am truly lucky...and blessed. Thank you Gennica and Brandon,for all the hard work and all of the splinters you have endured. And again to our customers thank you for helping us keep our lights on!!
