Reviewer: Kay Fry 22-Feb-10Comment: I can tell you that they have a bad reputation on the Texas gulf coast. On top of having a rough and wet ride, they did not hold up due to poor construction quality and I am told is why they went out of business. I took a chance on one and lost my shirt. Mine had longitudinal stringer separation in the front. Once I opened it up, I discovered poor stringer to hull fitting and insufficient tabbing. I learned (in an interesting way from a buyer that knew the builder of these boats) that it was also common for them to break straight across (in the area between the center console and the front deck). My opinion is that the stringer separation occurs first then the break, mine had not gone that far. I did not like the rough wet ride and is why I sold mine. I went to great lengths to repair mine and would not purchase one that has not been repaired and if repaired I would make sure it was done right.
