I hired Captain Joe Rodgers to perform a survey so I could understand what lay ahead. Joe was/is good! As it turns out Joe has been surveying this same boat for 20 years and has seen it go through several owners. Joe's survey was extremely thourough. Joe was also able to provide me a copy of an earlier survey dating back to the 1980's. We have completed the restoration (2005) and now it passes with flying colors. Thank you Captain Joe.
