Reviewer: LARRY FASSBENDER 29-Jul-07Comment: Last year was the 1st time renting a 20 ft. pontoon boat from Chain O Lakes Marine. The Family & Grandchildren loved it and could not wait until this Year. This Year I rented a pontoon boat 24 ft name Fred and boat from hell. After fishing about 1 hr tooks us 3-4 minutes to get it started and I turn it over 1st about 30 seconds, then I try choking it and that did'nt help. So everytime it was turn off for awhile We had the same thing, My Grand Daughter said let's go back She thought We were not going make back, but We stuck it out. When WE got back I told the Guys how bad, then I talk to older Guy and He said it was hot out. I told Him one time when I got it started everytime I put it in reverse it stall. He gave Me the Run about and the boat was a 1986 and I could see it needed work. Last Year boat was nice and the Girl that waited on Us this year was very helpful then the Guys We talk to after getting off the boat.
